Production of Carbon-Graphite machine parts

During production of carbon-graphite elements, we test the original piece and we use adequate compound. The tolerances are always highly respected.

We manufacture different machine parts suited to the substance from graphite and carbon. According to measurement we produce graphite-blades, slide bearings, rotary joint carbon-rings.

As it is required, our products can be made from non-impregnated graphite, synthetic resin- impregnated graphite (Furan, Epoxi, Phenol-formaldehyde) and metal- impregnated graphite (Antimon, Babbit Metal, Copper). We can continuously deliver slide- bearings for pumps of the following manufacturers:
- Wilo,
- Pleuger,
- EMU,
- Nikkiso.

Some of the mechanical and chemical qualities of our carbon products surpass the qualities of metal, in chemical resistance, self- lubrication capacity and dimension- permanence. These qualities make it possible for carbon products to be applied as machine parts in the following circumstances: metal damaging, rusting substances, unsuitable lubricating circumstances or when lubricating is rendered impossible and when there is a great mechanical strain.

Carbon products have the following utilization areas: seal faces for mechanical seals, segment rings for radial sealings (plungers), radial and axial slide bearings, vacuum pumps and compressor blades, other spare parts.
