Against mechanical granules and aggressive components presented the substance, we apply ceramic coating on the inner contacting surfaces of pumps, thus increasing their lifespan, quite often even doubling it.
We use plasma dispersion to produce oxide-ceramics anti-attrition layer on axles of abraded panel recuperators, on bearing or sealing surfaces of homogenisator pistons. We form sliding surfaces on rings or panels.
After plasma dispersion with oxide-ceramics, we grinding the surface, then lap it so that we can achieve a perfect quality surface. We transport the finished products after they have been controlled with the light-bars under the light of a mono-chromatic lamp.
