During mechanical seal repairing, we always setting back the original dimensions and tolerances.

OEM mechanical seals distributed by us are produced in identical quality with the original ones, thus their installing is simple, and no transformation is required.

Most familiar pump types, to which we distribute seals:
- Water and sewage treatment: Flygt, Grundfos- Sarlin, ABS, EMU, Hidrostal, Kontrol, Wilo, etc.
- Food industry: Fristam, APV, Hilge, Tuchenhagen, Alfa-Laval, etc.

Repairing, renovating of mechanical seals

We undertake renovation of mechanical seal regardless of its manufacturer or type.
Renovation of sealing faces is done by lapping, which operation in case of each ring is followed by re-controlling under a mono-chromatic lamp. We control the quality of lapping relying upon the light-bars. Only perfect surface quality sliding face can leave our workshop.
During repair we also undertake the replacement of damaged and/or broken seal faces. During replacement we install a genuine standard material ring.
It can be Tungsten-Carbide, Silicone-Carbide, different degree of purity of Alumina (Aluminium-Oxide) ceramics, PTFE or adequate quality of synthetic coal, required by the substance the pump forwards, likewise the installed elastomers (NBR, HNBR, EPDM, MVQ, FKM, FPM, Kalrez).
